There is a lot of confusion about meditation and how it works.

First and foremost, meditation is intended to provide balance in the body. When our (and our clients’) balance increases, awareness expands and all the benefits of meditation can be felt. An example of intense focus that often produces a meditative state is a mother cradling her child with compassion and love. This is an external experience and is similar to what is experienced when we meditate conventionally. When we sit, we close our eyes and focus within. We eliminate external distractions and focus on our internal experience.

This presentation is intended to help you understand the true benefits of Meditation and how a regular Meditation practice can help both you, your family, and your clients’ health!
